Recover Shift products are digital training tools for personal use. They are not medical advice and not a substitute for clinical guidance, physiotherapy, or a coach who can see you lift.

Whop terms

Recover Shift is sold on Whop. Checkout, membership, and payments are processed by Whop. By buying on this site you also agree to Whop terms of service and buyer terms.

What you buy

When you buy, you get a personal licence to download and use the PDF and Excel worksheets. Access is delivered through your Whop membership. Nothing is shipped.

Use

Do not resell, share logins, or republish the worksheets. One purchase is for you. Paid kits also include Rota Chat and Shift Notes on the membership. We may update the files without changing the price you paid.

Accounts and access

Sign-in is with Whop. Keep that account yours. If access fails after a paid checkout, open support chat on your membership and we will fix it. See refunds and guarantees.
